Camp Grocery products are an extension of our whole animal program led by Executive Chef, JT DeBrie, inspired by his long-standing expertise in butchery and partnerships with local farmers, including Shipley Farms, Ruby Brown Farms, Joyce Farms, Sunburst Trout and Manchester Quail. Working with local farms provides an opportunity to experience a variety of meat offerings on our menu that also become available in our market. Our Camp Market allows you to take the Forestry Camp experience home to prepare your own meal with a beverage pairing and a card featuring recipes written by our Chef.
Beginning February 1st, Camp Grocery CSA memberships will become available. Take home a box of fresh cuts each month.
